As the newest secondary school in our region, Catherine McAuley Catholic College, Medowie is a learning faith community in the Mercy tradition. Now open to Years 7 - 9 in 2022, the College will grow by 2025 to support young people through to Year 12, aiming to empower a community of confident, agile, reflective learners.
Our College is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, but it is our relationships that will be critical in building a genuine sense of belonging and culture of trust within our community. Situated in the Port Stephens suburb of Medowie, our school is surrounded by unique environmental features of the area including indigenous sites, wetlands, flora and fauna and the beautiful bushland setting.Ìý
Students of Catherine McAuley Catholic College are supported by stimulating, comfortable learner-centred environments that enable collaboration, communication and deep engagement. Our college is the first in the Diocese to be designed with full campus-wide Wi-Fi connectivity, supporting both indoor and outdoor learning environments.
